The series with Michelle Yeo sounds great! I loved Everything Everywhere All At Once where she plays an ageing Chinese migrant who is swept up in a series of increasingly insane adventures, where she can only explore the world by exploring other universes connected with the lives she could have led.
Your thoughts on silk reminded me of a Kanebo silk skin polisher I used to like; not sure it's still available but it was brilliant. You mixed the dry powder with a drop or two of water (or toner).
My current go-to now is Niod's sanskrit saponins and I always rub my hands together with the remaining product before I rinse it off! Waste not want not ;)
